Our normal supply & distribution chain is currently disrupted due to the Coronavirus outbreak. Please allow additional delivery time.

The reduced warehouse staff are working as fast as possible but there is a backlog of orders.

In addition, some made-to-order products are unfortunately unavailable as production is temporarily suspended.

We are checking all web orders placed and will contact you if we have supply issues.

All orders are shipped with signed for courier and delivered within business hours.

Delivery Times: 

• Orders over £75 are free of charge
• Standard delivery is charged at £7.50 and takes 2-3 working days
• Next day delivery is charged at £14.50 and is delivered next working day
• We also offer timed and Saturday carriage. 

Stock Items: Standard stock items are dispatched within 1 business day.

Non Stock Items: Items that are made to order will take longer to dispatch as they are manufactured to order. Please check the product description for the manufacturing lead time.

Items that are made to order, custom items and specials cannot be returned.

For all other items we will accept unwanted items back within 14 working days of delivery. Items that have been delivered faulty can be returned for exchange or credit. Most products come with a minimum of 12 months return to base warranty, but please check product descriptions.

Items damaged in transit are replaced or refunded providing goods were signed as "damaged" on arrival, or delivery refused.
