Pre Install Checks
Prior to onsite work starting, your project manager will coordinate with you to ensure smooth running. We assess site-specific needs.
From a practical perspective, this covers everything from site access, restrictions and minimising disruption.
- All engineers are DBS checked
- We can work with H&S officers to ensure all procedures are met
- When working at height we will ensure correct access equipment
- We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to booking your installation date & time. If your site is a working site we can provide out-of-hours installation to minimise disruption.
Onsite Safety
Our engineers hold up to date training and certifications such as CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, first aid.
Before any works take a place a full H&S assessment will take place to ensure best working practices. Risk assessment, method statements and COSHH sheets can be provided on request.
Deliveries
Our engineers will often bring cabling, bracketry & install sundries with them onto site.
Larger items are typically delivered ahead of the installation. We will make sure that you are kept fully up-to-date regarding when to expected deliveries, and that you have suitable provision to accept and store the items ahead of installation.
Where necessary our engineers can meet deliveries and move large heavy items.
Installation
Our technical team are able to offer a full suite of installation services by trained, qualified and highly experienced engineers guaranteeing a quality long-lasting result.
On the day of your installation, our engineers will run through the project one last time and confirm final positions of equipment etc before they commence work.
We pride ourselves on working tidily with as little disturbance as possible.
Programming
Programming is an essential part of the installation process to make sure that your system is running effortlessly and efficiently.
By integrating Internet of Things (IoT) devices such as sensors, cameras, and smart controllers into AV setups, you can create dynamic and responsive experiences that adapt to the needs and preferences of users in real time.
We can provide a range of in-house programming for a host of AV and IT systems. Our technical team will be on call to offer continuing support and implement any system tweaks you need, even after installation.
Systems Commissioning
Before we leave site, everything we have installed will be thoroughly tested. We will put the whole system through a rigorous set of tests to ensure that you are ready for real-life conditions.
We can leave equipment according to your needs, such as timers to turn screens on and turn off at certain times.
Our engineers will run through your new set up and will ask you to sign off the job sheet, only when you're happy that the project is complete to the standard that was agreed.
Transition & Training
Training requirements vary from customer to customer and we take a flexible approach to delivering to your needs.
We can incorporate basic training into the commissioning stage of an installation, or organise to come back and do more formal training with any number of your team.
To ensure the success of your project is critical to ensure that your team feel confident and comfortable with your new system in order to make the most of the investment.
