Once we have completed installation of your AV System, we want you maximise the potential of your new AV system. We can offer different types of training solutions depending on your level of need.
Our dedication extends beyond setup. We can provide ongoing technical support to ensure smooth operation and reliability.
Basic Systems Training
As part of your initial installation we build in some basic training on system operation for a small number of contacts.
If you opt for this option only, we recommend that you organise for multiple members of the team to be present to ensure knowledge remains in the business if an employee leaves. You will need to make notes to refer back to.
Dedicated Training
If you are looking for more in depth training, we can perform thorough systems training including handbooks and written instruction.
This can be arranged for the day of installation if timings allow, or for a later date when you have had chance to try out your new system for yourself.
You can invite any number of participants.
Remote Training
Certain products allow for arranging remote software training directly with manufacturers. This offers customers significant value when scheduled soon after installation, allowing time to familiarize with the system.
Technical Support
If you are having any technical issues with your new system, we offer a cooling off period whereby we will offer telephone support to help debug and troubleshoot any teething problems.
