Graham Mitchell - CEO & FOUNDER

Graham boasts over 30 years industry experience, and is the founder of Green Monkey, business owner, and chief monkey!

Graham established Green Monkey in 2002 and is the most technical and experienced member of the team. There is nothing AV that Graham doesn't know.

Graham is the lead technical systems designer as well as the lead engineer & project manager.

In his spare time, Graham enjoys skiing, cycling and can often found or in the garage tinkering with his beloved motorbike...

Elizabeth Downing - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Elizabeth has worked with Green Monkey since 2007, and was pleased to accept the position of Managing Director in 2015.

As well as being involved with managing projects and delivery, Elizabeth is the operations and digital lead for the business. 

With 3 young chimps to look after, Elizabeth spends most of her free time dressing up, getting covered in paint or baking products, or reading endless stories!

She also enjoys being outdoors and loves hiking and camping.

Lesley Mitchell - DIRECTOR & STRATEGY

Lesley was appointed Director of Green Monkey in 2011 and has acted as business strategy consultant and advisor bringing a wealth of managerial and corporate experience.

Having recently retired from her career in pharmaceuticals, Lesley operates as a business strategy advisor.

An active mountaineering fan, Lesley can often be found wandering the mountains of the Snowdonia national park with her faithful dog Tilly.

Dan Richards - AV Engineer

We are thrilled to welcome Dan to the Green Monkey team in 2024. As AV Engineer he will be working closely with Graham developing his technical & product knowledge and delivering our AV Projects.

Carl Wilkinson - Technical Sales

Carl joined the Green Monkey team in 2014 an AV novice, and has developed his technical & product knowledge over the years. He is now responsible for technical quoting as well as also helping out with the digital and ecommerce offerings.

In his spare time Carl is an avid film and TV buff, and has a reasonably unhealthy obsession with Assassin’s Creed... He also loves to cook and his extra special salted caramel popcorn is always welcome!

Danielle Brown - Sales and customer services

Danielle joined the team in 2018 in the capacity of sales and customer services. Super friendly, bubbly and very efficient, Danielle is normally the first person you will speak to in the business.

As our Paints and Wallpaper specialist, Danielle also looks after our sister website scribbblewall.co.uk.

Outside of work, Danielle is a comic book movie geek - so watch out comic con...! :-)

Hayley Gaskell - Finance Manager

Our longest standing employee, Hayley joined the team in 2009 and works part time across numerous business functions. As well looking after the accounts and financial side of Green Monkey, Hayley also offers occasional cover dealing with sales enquiries, order processing & after sales customer care.

An invaluable asset to the team, and great fun to work with, Hayley has a gentle temperament, but if we don't keep our receipts we see a different side!

Hayley has a sweet tooth and is a talented baker. She is often responsible for causing a sugar rush in the office!
