Quick & Easy

RoomXchange has an east-to-use interface which makes booking rooms a breeze. When a room is free, just click on the screen and select when you would like your meeting to finish.

If you finish your meeting early you can click on the screen to end a meeting and the room becomes free and available for others to use.

If you are early for your meeting you can start your meeting early by clicking on the screen, providing the room is available of course.

Room States

• Room Free - Display upcoming meetings for the rest of the day so you can see when the room is available
• Room Busy - When the meeting ends
• Room Booked but not claimed - Users must click on the screen within 5 minutes of the meeting start time otherwise the room frees itself

Integrate with Microsoft Exchange

RoomXchange integrates with Microsoft Exchange Web Services®, which is already part of your Exchange server or Office 365 system, so there is no software to install. Connect your screens and staff can then book rooms simply be adding the room when they send out meeting requests. Plus, using Microsoft Office® allows you to find free meeting rooms and avoid double bookings.

Much more than a room booking system

Sedao’s RoomXchange is a fully functioning cloud signage player, so when rooms are not in use the screens can be scheduled to play any of your SedaoLive channels. You can manage the content online and display whatever you need, at any time.

SedaoLive cloud allows you to manage your displays from an online cloud account using any internet connected device.
